Limited Warranty
What
This Warranty Covers
Your AEP Telescoping flagpole is warranted to be free
from all defects in material and workmanship in normal
use for a period of seven years. The warranty covers
the purchaser of this flagpole and anyone else who owns
it during the warranty period. The warranty is subject
to the following provisions.
What This Warranty Does Not
Cover
•
Any damage or defect caused
by negligence, improper installation, misuse,
accident, normal wear and tear, stormy weather
or unauthorized service.
•
The warranties granted herein
are limited solely to repair/replacement and do
not cover incidental /consequential damages.
What American engineered Products,
LLC Will/Will Not Do
•
The American Engineered Products,
LLC, at its options, will repair or replace the
product without charge to you for its parts and
labor.
•
American Engineered Products,
LLC will not refund the customer’s purchase
price.
Warranty Registration
•
You must return the enclosed
warranty card within 90 days of purchase in order
to activate this warranty.
To Obtain Warranty Service
•
You must return the failed
item to American Engineered Products, LLC. The
product will be repaired or replaced and returned
to you at your return address. If it is determined
that the damage was caused by negligence you will
be charged for the repair and shipping.
•
You must return the item in its
original packing materials or contact AEP (888-237-6744)
for proper packing instructions.
Further Limitations and Exclusions
Any warranty that may be implied in connection with
your purchase or use of the flagpole is limited to the
duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so
the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states
do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental
or consequential damages, so the above limitations or
exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights
which vary by state.
